The Fitness Start-Up Program

Begins on Saturday, May 26th 2018 at BOMB Broadview...

  • Have you not been exercising for months or for your entire adult life?
  • Do you feel you have to work your way up to the gym?
  • Have you made good intentions to start a program but lost motivation fairly easily?
  • Can you give us just two weeks of intense dedication?

If you answered yes to any or all of those questions, the Fitness Startup Program is for you.

We’re looking for 12 people who want to make a serious change to their fitness routine and have two weeks to dedicate to it.

We will give you all the tools to get there; including all the high-fives and sweaty hugs you can handle.

Really, we will hold your hand every step of the way. We’ll sit down and make a plan that works with your schedule and you'll have daily check-ins with real people to help keep you accountable.

After the Program... 

  • You will feel more motivated to exercise. And who knows, you might even start to enjoy it! 
  • You will feel more confident that you can hang with a fitness program longer than you did before.
  • You will be able to make smarter, more realistic choices when it comes to nutrition and exercise.
  • You'll realize good fitness clubs are welcoming and not full of a-holes and leotards.

How does it work?

We'll show you exactly what to do and work with you step by step...

Step One - A few days before the program begins you'll fill in a form so we can get to know you better. You'll tell us your biggest challenges and frustrations.

Step Two - On Saturday, May 26th @ 10:00am at our first small group meet-up, we'll devise a plan of attack for the following two weeks.

You'll meet new friends and get your nutrition guide and habit challenges for the next two weeks. 

You'll also choose the 6 group exercise sessions that you'll attend over those two weeks. 

Step Three - On Saturday, June 2nd we'll meet again to check-in and train together and finally on Saturday, June 9th we'll celebrate and set strategic goals for you for the next month and beyond, wherever that may be.

We're only taking a maximum of 12 people and the program is just 14 days long.

We will be with you the whole way; supporting you in-person (with our awesome coaches) and through daily check-ins.

Think of it as starting a new job and this is your orientation - but a lot more fun.

If you're not 100% satisfied with this program then we will give you your money back with no questions asked.

Okay, maybe we'll listen to Enya, cry into a bucket and scream "Why God!? Why!?"

I may miss some of the Saturday coaching sessions. Does it still make sense for me to join?

You must be able to make the first session on Saturday, May 26th. If you need to miss one of the others, we can work around it.

Can I go to classes at the other two locations (Danforth and Beach)?  

Sure. Just note that the Saturday sessions will only be at the Broadview location.

I'm already a member, how can I get in on this?

This is recommended for new members who have not been exercising recently. If you are a past member and are looking to get back on the BOMB wagon, there's room for you!

What fitness level are your classes for?

We're open to all levels, beginner to advanced, as we provide regressions and progression for every exercise. In your Saturday sessions, we will take extra time to go over typical exercises you'll see in class and how to modify them based on where you're at right now.

What type of people go to your studio?

We are proud to have some of the greatest humans on earth as our members. They are parents, husbands, wives, teachers, social and non-profit workers, doctors, nurses and any other profession that seeks to help others. We also have creatives like writers, artists, editors, real estate and media.

What's the atmosphere like?

Atmosphere can depend on what you bring to it but we like to say we are a place that feels as comfortable as home.

What is the meaning of life?

Triangle cut sandwiches and momma's home made punch... with a side of burpees.
